NEXT MATH DEPARTMENT MEETING - WEDNESDAY, MARCH 17, 2021
March 14, 2021 is International Day of Mathematics which ECST will celebrate on March 15. The March 15 IDM Projects have been shared with you on Schoology (Desmos Art Gallery and IDM Poster Gallery) . You may select one or both projects to assign to your students as a project for Q3. You may use the Quizizz from the competition with your classes the DAY AFTER the round is over.

Please review the Q2 benchmarks from last year (with a few exceptions) for consideration for the Q3 2021 Benchmarks. If we need to do so, we will create benchmarks from scratch that meet our needs. The benchmark week will be here before we know it, so be prepared to make a decision at the next department meeting on March 17th.

Khan Academy's Introduction to integral calculus is a short overview (4:51) of how to find the area under a curve. Are these videos helpful? Should I continue to include them in the newsletter? Let me know when you reply to the "Have you read the newsletter?" Google Form.
Moving forward, an NJSLA question will replace the graphing calculator activity.
