Your Chromebox desktop computer should be setup and ready to go, but in the event of a powerwash or restart, you may encounter a gray startup sreen. Troubleshooting is easy, but requires a change to your display settings.

If you want to easily share the site you are on from your Chromebook to your Chromebox, you can use the "Send to your devices" option. To do so:
Right click on the tab
Click "Send to your devices"
Choose the device you are signed into that you want to share with
Your desktop Chromebox does not have built-in or external speakers. All sound needs to come through your ceiling classroom speakers. In order for that to work, your projector MUST BE ON. If needed, consider using the A/V Mute button to hide your projector screen, or the Freeze button to freeze it.
You can use the Volume buttons on your Epson projector remote to control the volume in your room.
Every classroom is setup with at least two wireless microphones (one lanyard mic and one that is handheld) that project right through your classroom speakers.
Both the teacher Chromeboxes and Chromebooks are Bluetooth enabled devices, and connecting your devices is easy!

Each full classroom is setup with an Epson Document Camera connected to a Chromebox. Using the Chromebox's built-in camera, you can easily display paper copies or manipulatives on your projector.

As you know, teacher Chromebooks have built-in WebCameras and Microphones. Teacher Chromeboxes do not. However, teacher Epson Document Cameras can be used a WebCam and/or Microphone. For use with Google Meet, make sure you turn your DocCam on before opening up the Meet.
