Raptor Alert is a MOBILE (and web) Emergency Management Solution. It is similar to what we have used in the past (Navigate 360) but we were never satisfied with Navigate 360’s ability to support our District’s needs. Based on our testing to date, we believe that Raptor Alert will successfully:
Allow ANY staff member with the mobile app to immediately call for a lockdown from anywhere during a critical event which will alert us ALL;
Allow ANY staff member with the mobile app to immediately notify 911 from anywhere to get first responders rolling;
Allow ANY staff member with the mobile app to easily use the messaging feature from anywhere to convey important information about what is happening;
Allow ANY staff member to easily account for themselves and their students and school visitors in an emergency from anywhere so that we can quickly reunify students with parents Â

Raptor Alert Overview
Â
Do I have to put the Raptor Alert mobile app on my personal cell phone?
You have the option of using Raptor Alert on a laptop or PC if you’d rather not put it on your phone. CFCSD requests all staff download the mobile app, but you can choose which option you’re more comfortable with. We are requiring all staff members in the district to login to either the mobile app or website by September 10, 2024. If you have a hiccup, no worries, we will get you fixed.
Â
What does Account Setup mean?
Raptor Alert: There are several optional features during the onboarding process in the app – Critical Alert notifications, text messages, sharing location, etc.
Web: The first time you login (apps.raptortech.com) you will be asked to select the school(s) where you need to receive alerts for drills and emergencies. Please only select the schools you actually work in.
Â
What does training look like?
Raptor has a series of training materials – daily webinars, quick videos, one pagers, etc. After phase 1 is complete, the district will move into the training phase and will provide all necessary materials to include in-person drill at staff meetings. We think that you will like Raptor and find it intuitive to use because you are already familiar with how to use a similar system. This will kickoff September 16, 2024.
