Updated Google Calendar Scheduler
Parent Teacher Conferences are scheduled for Thursday, February 24th from 4-7:30. The high school and middle schools will once again be using Google Calendar for PTC sign ups. We would like to start directing parents to the public PTC sign up page by Thursday, February 10th, so please create your appointment slots by then. To help make this process as easy as possible, below are PTC setup directions:
1) Click this link to use the February 24th template.
2) Replace {Name} with your name.
3) Add your building, room number, and paste your Personal Meeting Room Zoom link (Make sure that you have turned the "Use waiting Room" to on in the zoom settings.)
4) SAVE
5) Verify that your information and appointment slots are correctly linked on the main PTC page. If not, let your CTIS know.
Alternatively, you could duplicate your October 21st event, and change the date for the February 24th.
Select your October 21st appointment slot event in Google Calendar
Click the 3 dots in the Upper Right
Choose Duplicate
Change the date to February 24th.
Click "Save":
Go to zoom.us/meeting
Click "Personal Room"
Copy your "Invite Link."
Click "Edit" to modify your meeting options.
Make sure you enable the Waiting Room.
1) Choose the conference.
2) Click the pencil to edit.
3) Click "Add guests" and type in their name.
4) Click "Save".
5) Click "Send".
1) On Google Calendar, click your appointment slot event
2) Right click on " Go to appointment page for this calendar."
3) Click "Copy link address."
4) Email the parents you want to see, and paste your appointment page link.
If that still doesn't fix it:
Delete the text in your description, and just retype it. Then paste in your Zoom link using Ctrl + Shift + V.
