Look at the contents page - see how it is broken up into the Old and New Testaments (Testament means "statement of belief or direction")
Discuss how the books are broken up into numbered chapters and verses so it is easy to find particular parts
If we are going to allow God's words to speak to us, it's important that we know where and how to find them
So close your Bibles, when your says "go" please look up:
Malachi 3:6
Try again with:
Titus 2:11
Did your teacher beat you? Did your teacher need to use the contents page? Your teacher knows their Bible well!
One way to learn the Books of the Bible in order is through singing. Songs have a way of sticking with us, they help us learn and remember things.
Your teacher will give you some Number sense activities to complete.
Students are broken into their chosen learner agency project groups: time to start work (remember we have just TWO weeks for this)
PLAN FOR MATERIALS YOU WILL NEED TO BRING NEXT WEEK WHEN WE FINISH THIS PROJECT
