What Is Forms?
Forms is an application that allows you to create surveys, polls, and quizzes for a desired audience. The application generates a shareable link or QR code that can be sent out via email or printed, respectively. Forms easily stores the results/responses for the viewer!

Getting Started!
When getting started, it's important to know what type of form you wish to create. There are two types of forms that can be created: a "new form" or a "new quiz". A "form" is used when you want to collect information in a survey or poll. A "quiz" also collects responses, but it also grades the results and even includes a math keyboard!
