Access to U: Drive Contents

Your new laptop will not have access to “local drives” in the school system. As a result, you will need to use your Google Drive or OneDrive account to access your individual files. Your U: drive may have already been copied to your OneDrive and can be accessed at Office.com or through the O365 link in the Tech Portal. If your files have not been copied, you can login to your account on a desktop computer and copy your files to your cloud storage drive.

Sharepoint Sites

Tech Services has created School SharePoint Sites which provide a central location for all school staff to access internal school information and documents. This Site will eliminate the need for shared drive (i.e. the S drive and P drive)

School shared drive documents will be moved to the school's SharePoint site. During this transition, when attempting to access documents on the shared drive, a shortcut will be placed in the folder for staff to click on to be directed to the school's SharePoint site. The School SharePoint site is available to all CCPS staff via the Technology Services Portal.
