The Technology Request System will help you in reviewing the use of a digital tool for use in your classroom AND will begin our internal review process. The review process is ONLY necessary for digital tools that require the creation of a STUDENT account and/or contain STUDENT personally identifiable information.

Follow the progression below to see if a tool is already approved for student use or if you need to make a request!

Check to see if the tool is in Clever. If a digital tool is in Clever and says "Install," then it's approved!
You may use the tool without entering a Tech Request.

Check to see if the digital tool has signed the Student Privacy Pledge. Requests for these tools should be entered into the Tech Request System and meet our data privacy guidelines. The request WILL be approved but will need to be documented in our system.
