Google Docs allows users to collaborate in real-time on a single document. Users with edit rights are able to input their ideas and can comment live on the ideas of others.

Docs can also embed spreadsheets and Google Drawings directly and easily into a document.

Google Docs that are created live on your Google Drive. Sharing docs is extremely easy. You are able to share to individuals with view or edit rights. You can even "force a copy" for an individual to be prompted to automatically save a version of the doc you share.
