Equatio is an extension that allows users to insert math or science expressions and formulas into their Google files.

Equatio's toolbar is equipped with an enhanced equation editing tool where users can either type, speak, or hand-draw their expressions or equations and insert them directly into their files. There's even an option to add graphs!

Both teachers and students will need to install the Equatio extension from the Chrome web store to be able to use the tool and features.

Users that view files in which Equatio was used do not need the extension installed to see the equations or expressions.

Equatio also offers a mobile option for users and a MathSpace for teachers to develop interactives and manipulatives for students to use to model concepts.
