Get Your Information Out There!
Google Sites is yet another application that is a part of the G Suite package. Sites is a web-page creation tool that is intuitive in use and design and compatible with multiple device types, like computers, tablets, and phones.
Sharing edit rights to your Site inspires collaboration. Teachers can have students add pages to the class site on certain topics. The possibilities are endless!
❗ CCPS Guidelines for using Google Sites:
Public sites should never contain personally identifiable information (PII) of students.
Google Sites should be used for classroom instruction/by the classroom teacher and should not be used on behalf of the school as a whole (i.e. school website, scheduling, etc.)
Only teachers are able to create Sites; however, edit rights can be granted to students. The teacher is the ultimate owner and publisher of the site.
