• Google Sites is yet another application that is a part of the G Suite package. Sites is a web-page creation tool that is intuitive in use and design and compatible with multiple device types, like computers, tablets, and phones.

• Sharing edit rights to your Site inspires collaboration. Teachers can have students add pages to the class site on certain topics. The possibilities are endless!

• ❗ CCPS Guidelines for using Google Sites:

  • • Public sites should never contain personally identifiable information (PII) of students.

    • Google Sites should be used for classroom instruction/by the classroom teacher and should not be used on behalf of the school as a whole (i.e. school website, scheduling, etc.)

    • Only teachers are able to create Sites; however, edit rights can be granted to students. The teacher is the ultimate owner and publisher of the site.
