Approved Tools

If a tool is needed for a staff member only and does not require the input of student information, it is automatically approved to use. If the tool is in the Clever Library, it is automatically approved to use. If the tool is a part of the Student Privacy Pledge, it is approved to use, but please still enter a Tech Request to document approval of the tool.

The three images below open an online list of categories of digital tools. Additional details about each tool can be found in the spreadsheets. As tools are reviewed, these lists will be updated!

Staff should read the short description and the recommended guidelines prior to using a tool. Parent permission may be required. Click the letter icon to see a sample permission letter than can be edited for your own needs.
