SunRun Title Requirement.

Documentation can be used as proof of ownership.
- The primary signer of all Sunrun agreements should be on the home where the system is to be installed. If the primary signer is not on the title of the home, the title holder must be the secondary signer, who also must be either a spouse or domestic partner of the primary signer.
- A title check will be run on all Sunrun owned system accounts to verify these requirements. We will continue to require proof of title, such as CRIM, deeds, mortgage certificates, or other government provided certificates.
- Sworn declarations will not be accepted.
