Sunrun 15 year agreement terms in IL
Effective April 9, 2025, Sunrun’s product offerings in Illinois will transition to a 15-year agreement term.
No Solar-Only product will be available
No changes to EPCs or maximum rates
Lower commitment level for customers
Predictable payments and electricity rates for 15 years
Enfin Updates
We will be implementing $.10/w Adder effective April 2, 2025.
This adder is to help cover the additional cost Bright Ops has to absorb when using Enfin.
Some added costs include Qcell module costs, the inverter extended warranty and the recent Aurora design costs.
We are seeing roughly $.20-$.25/w more in costs to install an Enfin financed project vs all other funding options.
EV Charger Promo
We will be extending the EV Promo through the month of April! As a new requirement, this will need to be requested by the sales rep when submitting the lead or downstream BEFORE install. To request at Lead Submission, select "Free EV Charger Promo for 6.5 kW< System" in the "Adders to Include in Design" drop down.
Must meet a minimum system size of 6.5 kW.
Best Practices
HIS License Compliance
We want to highlight the importance of each sales rep using their own funding logins to ensure that the rep closing the deal is the one countersigning the agreement. If there is any deviation from this, the CSLB will be flagged, funding will likely be cancelled and ultimately charged to the sales partner along with other, more serous compliance penalties for all involved.
