December 2023 Partner Update

BPS UPDATES 

• Loan Dealer Fee and Product Changes - The Fed rate increases continue to impact the residential loan market and dealer fees. The most up to date options and fees can be found here.

• Batteries Available In All Markets - We are now offering Solaredge Batteries in all state side markets!  Sunrun customers are only eligible for batteries in CA and MA, but available for loan/cash customers in all other states. For more information on the battery and specific spec sheet, click here.

MARKET UPDATES

• CA HIS License Requirement - Beginning Jan 1st, 2023 all sales reps selling in CA will be required to have an active HIS in order to sell loans or PPA's. If you don't have an active HIS please follow this link for a step by step guide.

FUNDING UPDATES 

• Sunrun 3.5% Escalator - Beginning Dec 8th, Sunrun will offer a 3.5% escalator for PPA's in CA and MA. 

• Everbright Loan Markets - Currently Everbright covers CA and UT. We are working with them to open IL and all other east coast markets early 2023!
