OK, I submitted my details on the login request form. Now what?
Please note, it can take 1-2 business days to receive your login after submitting the form.
Check Your Email: Look for an invitation from Sunrun's learning team to set up your login for the RunX Learning portal. (It may take up to 24 hours to arrive after account creation)
Create Your Password: Follow the link in the email to set your password for RunX.
Complete Training Modules: Finish the "Rules of Engagement" and "Sales Ethic Standards" modules.
You will not receive access to the Partner Portal until training is completed.
State-Specific Requirements: If you're selling in California or Connecticut, ensure you have an active HIS license added to your Sunrun account.
Get Access to Selling Tools: After completing the modules, expect an email with access to the Partner Portal within 1-2 hours. Set up your password for the Partner Portal (this will be separate from the RunX password).
You will receive an email from EverBright to set up your password and access your account.
No training is currently required to gain access to EverBright.
You will receive an email from Enfin to set up your password and access your account. You will be prompted to complete any required training material before accessing the Enfin portal.
You will need to access the "Aurora Connect" tab and accept the Terms & Conditions before we are able to assign any projects to you.
Can I use a previous email that I used with a different install partner?
No, you cannot use an email previously associated with a different install partner.
Each email can only be linked to one account, and we cannot transfer existing logins to BPS.
If the email you provide is linked to a different installer or has been used for a customer contact, you will need to provide a new email address.
What if I'm having trouble logging in?
Make sure you are entering the correct username.
Your username in Sunrun will be your email with ".sr" at the end. Ex: partnerdev@brightplanetsolar.com.sr
If that does not work, please reset your password by using this link:
Sunrun Password Reset Request Remember to enter your full username, including the ".sr".
If that does not work, please email partnerdev@brightops.com.
Will my account be deactivated if I don't use it?
Sunrun will deactivate your account after 30 days of inactivity.
EverBright and EnFin will not deactivate your account due to inactivity.
What if I had an account through Bright Planet Solar but it appears deactivated?
Please send an email to: PartnerDev@brightops.com if you believe your Sunrun / EverBright / Enfin login has been deactivated.
