Change Orders
Signing and completion of CO's has become increasingly more of an issue. When COs are not signed in a timely manner the likelihood of funding issues and various escalations increases. To avoid commission reversals and other charge backs, please make sure COs are prioritized and signed when called out. If there is an issue that needs to be addressed in order to get the CO signed, please ensure there is a good, consistent line of communication with our Team's.
To help our sales partners better support and manage the more urgent COs, we have added an additional SAR/ CO specific report to your partner dashboard for quick reference.

Sunrun Approved Checklist
We continue to see delays due to SRA (Sunrun approved) discrepancies. Please make sure to get ALL needed items taken care of for SRA approval to avoid delays
Credit check.
Full utility bill Showing customer name, address, rate schedule, and usage.
Signed agreement.
Copy of title showing customer on title.
The name(s) on title and the name listed on the agreement as primary signer must match exactly to avoid rejection or kickback.
Sunrun manages the title pull and the rejection.
Completed verification call.
Enroll customer in Auto Pay.
