Please email your request clearly and specifically. Here are two examples of how to structure your request:
“Can I see a proposal for an EverOwn 25 year 3.99% with a monthly of $125 on the same design?”
“Can I see a proposal with all of the panels on the East roof plane moved to the North?”
Once you get a proposal back, you will need to email us with:
Approval to proceed / send change order
Request for a different proposal
Request to move forward without the change
ALL agreements and change orders need to be sent by Proposal Review after initial funding approval.
ALL agreements must be reviewed by the rep before proceeding forward. If there was an accidental error during any iteration, it is ultimately the reps responsibility to catch this.
Three business days before install is the minimum time you will be able to request changes to the project.
Case by case approval.
Bright Ops managed
Cost will come out of your commission. Let Proposal Review know by email if you need a change order.
You will not have to do anything after approval.
Rep / Customer managed
You will be responsible to pay the roofer directly. Let Proposal Review know by email if you need a change order.
Please ensure the re-roof is scheduled and completed, and then send us photos of the finished roof so we can proceed with the account.

If Bright Ops: which roof quote you would like
If you / customer: an ETA on when that will be completed
