FUNDING UPDATES

• Mosaic Growth - Our partners have experienced a lot of success with Mosaic since launching end of last year. Overall, we see higher approval rates and 60% fewer funding stipulations on average than other loan providers! We are also working with Mosaic on a 640 FICO loan product and hope to have this launched by the end of the month!

• Sunnova Launch - We are still working through a broader Sunnova roll out to all markets. If you and your team are interested in selling Sunnova, please submit for a portal request (here).

• Sunrun $1,000 Referral - Sunrun has extended the $1,000 referral bonus through the end of February 2021! Please note both the referrer and referee must be Sunrun customers installed by BPS in order to qualify.

MARKET UPDATES

• PG&E Rate Increase - PG&E (CA) is set to increase residential utility rates 8% beginning March 1. The increased rates are intended to pay for improvements to reduce the wildfire risks throughout the state and further validates the need for clean, renewable solar energy!

• IL IPA Door to Door Guidelines - Traditional door knocking and/or door-to-door sales is strictly prohibited in the state of IL. Bright Planet has a "Zero Tolerance Policy" as it relates to failing to adhere to these guidelines. Any partner caught violating this policy or any other IPA Marketing Guideline will not be able to submit leads for at least 90 days or more with additional disciplinary action.
