Digital Welcome Call - Effective 2/27/24 EB will officially transition to the Digital Welcome Call and "over the phone" will be completely phased out.

OPPORTUNITIES FOR IMPROVEMENT TOGETHER
IL Disclosure Form Signing Order - Please ensure the IL disclosure form is signed prior to the customer solar agreement. Failure to do so will result in a change order / re-sign downstream.
Our team will send the IL disclosure form out upon request but we rely on the sales rep to ultimately own the signing order and process.
Bright Ops Lead Submission - We continue to see duplicate leads being submitted which will cause delays and confusion down stream. Please only submit one lead per project and manage all changes and iterations with our team via email.
When an initial proposal is requested through a Proposal Request Form a BPS number is generated and a project is created in our system. If a rep submits another request for that same lead through the form, a duplicate will be created and that is what we need to avoid.
If a change is needed after an initial proposal is created, please do so via email and please include the applicable BPS# if it is not already in the subject line.
