Cash Payment Terms - Beginning Oct 1st, cash customer payment terms will be updated for all markets to include $1,000 at time of signing, 50% at install completed, and the remaining amount at inspection passed. The initial $1,000 payment will be required prior to install.

MA System Sizing - Last month a bill was signed by the MA governor to increase the NEM "cap exempt" threshold for residential systems from 10kW AC to 25kW AC allowing larger systems to receive the retail rate NEM credits! The official change still needs to go through the process with the Department of Public Utilities before we can begin selling larger than 10kW AC systems and we should know more in the coming weeks when this will be final.

New Loan Products! - We are finalizing onboarding Everbright as new loan option across all markets (excluding Puerto Rico)! They have a wide variety of loan options from 5 to 30 years and very competitive dealer fees to help combat the rising costs of interest rates. Later this month we'll share more details on the new offering.
Sunrun CA CARE Rate - Sunrun now includes an addendum for any CARE customer in CA to better prepare customers going solar. The CARE rate must be selected in Sunrun's portal PRIOR to proposals being generated in order to get approved. Whenever possible, please provide the fully utility bill at time of lead submission so the proposal team can identify the CARE rate and update the pre-solar rate correctly.
