Adder Adjustments - After reviewing the true cost of our adders, we will be adjusting some of them to cover these costs. Please understand it is important to keep our adders aligned with our actual cost, so we do not need to subsidize this in our Partners Redlines as we feel this is not fair to all partners and sales reps. With these adjustments, we were able to reduce the adder cost of the Tesla Powerwall Back-Up battery which is stocked and available in all markets! See below for the list of changes going into effect for new agreements signed September 4th 2023 and on.
MPU: $3,000
RMA/GMA: $2,000
Service Upgrade or Meter Relocation: $1,500
MPU and Service Upgrade or Meter Relocation: $4,500
De-rate: $1,000
Sub-Panel Upgrade: $1,500
To avoid MPU's, we have been doing more Sub-Panel Upgrades. However, there is still a considerable amount of work and cost that go into these as well.

Sales Partner Dashboard - Our Dashboards are a great tool to track and manage projects as they flow through the process. There can be changes or situations that require our sales partners help in moving the project forward to ensure it gets completed in a timely manner. With this in mind, we encourage you to get familiar with your dashboard so you can stay in the loop as your projects progress. Here are some examples of reports we suggest our partners reference consistently.
“Sales Action Required” - This is a very important report to follow. Projects that fall on this report are in need our sales partners help in some way to move the project forward.
“Adders” - We recently added an “Adder” specific report for quick reference. Here you can see all adders by project in real time. Please note that these can change as the project progresses.

Everbright -
Everbright PPA Utility Updates - With the opening of United Illuminating (UI) and National Grid, we are now live in most of MA, CT and RI with NJ opening towards the end of October.
Everbright Financing in Spanish For PPA & Loan - EverBrights Spanish language offering is live in CA as of 8/30/23.
Customer-facing documents will be available in Spanish, including the agreement, credit application, welcome call, change orders, and cancellation notices. For now, the proposal will not be generated in Spanish but will also be coming soon.
New Welcome Call for PowerShift - A new Welcome Call is live as of 8/31/23 for EBs PowerShift offering (currently available only in California). This Welcome Call will include an additional question confirming the homeowner understands that the PowerShift battery does not provide backup power during an outage. Welcome Call questions are auto-added to the scripts.

Dealer Fee Updates - As the Fed rate continues to increase, this has a direct impact on the residential loan market and dealer fees.
GoodLeap will increase their Dealer Fees by 2% effective 9/4/23
Everbright will increase their Dealer Fees by 1% effective 9/27/23

Puerto Rico -
Sunrun 6 for 6 (Puerto Rico only) - Effective 9/1/23, the Sunrun 6 for 6 will be back and live in Puerto Rico! Please thoroughly review the program guidelines HERE.
SolarEdge batteries in Puerto Rico - We have now installed over 100 SolarEdge batteries on the island and they are working great! Avoid the $.50/w adder (for Tesla) on systems size 4-5kW by selecting SolarEdge.
