  • We are moving back to having this based on PTO as we no longer are being asked to hold any projects by the Funding Sources. This will allow us to be much more aligned on getting all customers to PTO much more efficiently.

• Holiday Hours

  • Excluding Christmas Day, our business hours and support will remain the same.

  • Sales Ethics Standards/ Login Sharing

    • Sunrun is making it very clear that the sharing of logins is strictly prohibited. All users must keep their login information private and never share this information for any reason.
