LoanPal Rates and Low FICO Options - We've seen a ton of momentum the last few weeks with the new LoanPal options and wanted to send a reminder as well as the details on the low FICO (600-650) options. Also, if there are any specific LoanPal loans you and your team would like to sell that are not listed, please reach out and we can get those set up (i.e. 20 Year 5.99%)-
25 Year 3.99% - LoanPal (20% dealer fee)
20 Year 2.99% - LoanPal (23% dealer fee)

Funding Kickbacks - Funding Approval continues to be the largest bottleneck in getting projects installed and completed. We can get installs done much quicker and provide a better customer experience by eliminating these kickbacks upfront as much as possible. Below are the most common kickbacks we see along with a full list of the necessary actions to take to resolve these can be found here-
Utility Bill Missing or Incomplete
Ensure all needed pages of the bill are submitted that include customer name and service address, account number, usage history and rate schedule. We have put together examples for each major utility company as reference (click here for link)
All Sunrun projects require a Verification Call be completed with the customer after signing the agreement. This can be done by calling the Sunrun Verification Call Center with the homeowner at 844-321-2353

CA Customer Disclosure- Starting September 30th, the CPUC will require ALL California solar customers to receive and sign the California Solar Consumer Protection Guide (click here for link). We still do not have all the details required to fully support with this new requirement, including which documents the utilities will require as part of the standard process. We will send follow up information once they have finalized the requirements.
Sunrun Portal Login Requirement- In an effort to be compliant with Sunrun's sales process, we need any rep selling Sunrun in CA to be set up in the portal with a login. If you or your team need access, fill out this form and you will receive an email from Sunrun to complete the required training: New User Form (Sunrun does require certification to be completed as well as an HIS license for CA).
