Best Practices
Change Orders
Signing and completion of CO's has become increasingly more of an issue. When COs are not signed in a timely manner the likelihood of funding issues and various escalations increases. To avoid commission reversals and other charge backs, please make sure COs are prioritized and signed when called out. If there is an issue that needs to be addressed in order to get the CO signed, please ensure there is a good, consistent line of communication with our teams.

HIS Licenses
Please ensure that all sales reps have active HIS licenses where applicable. Specifically CA and CT. Failure to do so can result in serious consequences to not only the sales rep, but the entire organization they represent, Bright Ops and the industry as a whole.
