New Standard Panel - Beginning this month, the Qcell 395W (soon the 400W) will become our standard panel in all markets with NO ADDER! Stocking equipment going into 2022 was a high priority to help support our growth and we're excited to announce this change. Keep an eye out for our announcement of a 430W premium panel as well in the near future!

Sunrun 6 for 6 Customer Promo Ended - 12/31/2021 was the last day for customers to qualify for the 6 for 6 Promo. We will continue to work with Sunrun on future customer promotions to be rolled out in 2022. The $1,000 referral bonus has been extended through the end of January.
CA HIS Licenses - All reps selling in CA must have an active HIS license, along with a Sunrun portal login. For more information on how to obtain an HIS license click here, and Sunrun logins can be requested through the following form. This is a requirement by the state and needs to be completed by March 1st to avoid losing access to sell.
MARKET UPDATES
NEM 3.0 - We are following the proposed policy changes closely and should have more clarity by the end of January. We believe there is a good path forward for solar in CA as it's always been the leader in the industry for the US. Illinois - New Guidelines provided by the ABP require all sales reps to wear masks indoors and is applicable to both vaccinated and unvaccinated agents statewide during door-to-door sales. For details to the full policy change click here. Partners selling in IL need to be registered as an approved Designee with the ABP program and are required to follow all marketing guidelines. NOTE FROM OUR CEO, MIKEY HEINZ
2021 was an incredible growth year thanks to you all working so hard out there. While it was a huge growth year, it did come with some growing pains that I wanted to call out. Although we consistently maintained a fast sale to install timeline across the board, we started dropping the ball on finishing the installs timely, sprinting to inspection, completing MPU's or any other additional work, and let other inefficiencies creep into parts of the business. I could explain why some of this happened and even call out some external circumstances that were out of our control but at the end of the day we can and will do much better. Going into 2022 our focus is on getting fully caught up in all areas and ensuring we communicate much better with you all and our mutual customers. We will never lose focus on the importance of speed to install but we are going to shift the focus to be more on the speed to PTO and increasing efficiency through the full process. I am extremely confident that in the next few months we will be better than we have ever been.
