Ground Mounts On Hold

• Currently there are no clear paths to finance ground mounts with any TPO financing options due to FEOC compliance issues.

  • • All Ground Mount projects that do not get installed by the end of the year will be getting placed on hold and no new ground mounts will be allowed until we have a clear path to financing and/or material that can be confirmed FEOC compliant.

Bright Ops Recheck

• With most financiers now requiring Recheck, we encourage everyone to get Recheck verified and create a Recheck account today. Please also request to join Bright Ops once this is completed.

Sunrun Recheck Announcement

• • • All users accessing Sunrun’s platforms must be Recheck verified by December 31, 2025. Failure to meet this deadline will impact your ability to access Sunrun's platforms and sell Sunrun products.

Sunrun Video Verification Call

• • This will be required 2/1/2026 and the current VC will be available until then.

    • • The updated process uses Call Pilot and will appear on your ONE checkout page after the Read and Sign documents are completed. The new VC is a quick video survey that works on any device with a front-facing camera.

M3 Achieved

• We are moving back to having this based on PTO as we no longer are being asked to hold any projects by the Funding Sources. This will allow us to be much more aligned on getting all customers to PTO much more efficiently.

Sunrun Updates

• • • Sales Ethics Standards/ Login Sharing

    • Sunrun is making it very clear that the sharing of logins and all user must keep their login information private and to not share this information for any reason.

      • • Do not share passwords if one forgets theirs or is already logged in.

        • Never use anyone else’s login credentials for work that you are doing.

        • All sales reps can only have one user/contact login at a time for a specific partner - duplicate accounts will be deactivated and may also be reason to block all access entirely if these duplicate suggest any sort of compliance risk.

          • • Sharing login credentials compromises trust and transparency with our customers and creates significant compliance and security risks for all parties. We expect all partners to take immediate action to review these requirements with their teams and implement necessary controls to ensure full compliance. Sunrun reserves the right, at our discretion, to remove any users that violate this policy at any time.
