Letter
Letter writing and creation are rare these days thanks to email, instant messaging, and Internet services. It is so rare that it has become valuable when interesting for receiving a hard-copy postage. However, to-date, we still use hard-copy letter in a form of gift-sending or address verification purposes. Apart from that, I can see a reason why you still need to do hard-copy postage where the alternatives are better, faster, and technically more confidential.

Preparing Package Containers
Depending on the goods and contents, different contents by weight, dimensions, and nature sensitivity (e.g. easily shatter-ed, dry-environment only, etc.). This guide over here usually shows those that are "do-it-yourself" (DIY) capable container.
