Letter writing and creation are rare these days thanks to email, instant messaging, and Internet services. It is so rare that it has become valuable when interesting for receiving a hard-copy postage. However, to-date, we still use hard-copy letter in a form of gift-sending or address verification purposes. Apart from that, I can see a reason why you still need to do hard-copy postage where the alternatives are better, faster, and technically more confidential.

There are 2 parts of letter writings:

  • prepare the package container
  • the contents
