These are the final prototypes of the singing Polar Pop cups. Their internal structures are 3D printed forms designed with precise measurements, and they are fully functional. The system is controlled through an Arduino Mega, which allows us to operate up to twelve cups, each with its own servo motor. The servos are animated with a software tool created specifically for animatronic control that uses a key frame system. The application is called Bottango. The developer also produces a shield that distributes power through the servos and stabilizes the amount of energy each one receives. This solved a major issue from earlier prototypes, where several servos burned out due to unstable power. Since implementing the shield, the system has been working without any problems.
