Movie Theater Board game! Proposal.
What does the trivial form of board games contribute to the idolization of movies?
What does public perception of movie making and its reality of film making reveal about our understanding of movie making?
What props do we consider to be movie props? Are these accurate?
For this collaboration Jesus and I decided to combine our ideas together to make something different. While Jesus wanted to create items in the theme of movie set props. I wanted to create game pieces in the theme of bathroom supplies like shampoo, toilet roll, soap, etc. We choose to combine them into a board game in the theme of a movie set, Light panels, movie reels, director chairs, etc. I also want to create a board to put the models on and have it be simular to monopoly
First i'm going to make A few models while Jesus makes physical models and other tinkercad models.

Lets look at the research questions and answer them.
What does the trivial form of board games contribute to the idolization of movies?
The props we picked often are used to glamorize the Hollywood dream. It hides the horrors that are involved in fame and film making.
What does public perception of movie making and its reality of film making reveal about our understanding of movie making?
The depictions in pop culture its scratching the surface. There is alot more that goes in like catering, keeping the lights on, production costs, and the public perception.
What props do we consider to be movie props? Are these accurate?
I considered each prop only really seen in pop culture, and overall I think these are accurate. However, these do not show all that is needed in film making.
