Jewelry

In collaboration with Shana W, we made a piece of jewelry which I wore to the Aerospace Medical Association Conference (2025) where I gave a presentation on "AI as a countermeasure for spatial disorientation" and I also wore it at The Conference for Research on Choreographic Interfaces (CRCI): Moondance at Brown University (2025) where  I spoke about movement, dance and space exploration.  

Shana made a hand which represents Humanity. To represent AI/Technology, I applied epoxy to a Magic Jack microchip (an internet phone). I chose this microchip because it combines the digital world (the internet) with the analog world (the phone). Towards the top is a green rock which I found at Olympic National Park and it represents the future of Human Destiny and it also represents a distant planet because my research is relevant to spaceflight.
