Dick Gilbert's water tank turns into the Hot Tub and a cook-out grill

The huge water tank Dick talks about moving up the hill sat on the edge of the hill next to Sohia Fahs for decades until Jim Michaelson decided to cut 1/3 of the tank off to make a bar-b-q grill of sorts.  The OTHER 2/3 of the tank was claimed by crew member Brian Kress who asked the welder cutting the tank to cut a little hole in the bottom of his section.  This was 1983 and Brian kept his section until John Pia and Devin Hollands visited for a few days.  Brian hatched his dream for of turning the tank into a hot tub.  That night Devin drew up the plans and the next day John/Brian dug a big hole to the right of the Showerhouse between the Showerhouse and the Lodge.  Bricks from the old lodge chimney were tossed in the bottom to allow drainage.  the huge metal tank was rolled over and pushed in the hole.   It swung around and landed with a Wosh as it settled in the ground.  The next day a nice deck was built around the tub and the Hot Tub was born.    The Grill section IS STILL ON CAMPUS and can be found down in the old cook-out area near the well over by Steven's but towards the lake.
