Idea was vetoed by Devin Hollands - because pumps fail - pure gravity system other than Randy and Artshop was built by drilling pipe from Gilman to hillside and Overlook to hillside. Woods cabins were to be pumped also but that system was not connected to the leach field even though pipes are in place in leach field for the woods cabins.
