provides a bedroom, full bath and multi-purpose office
1966 Leining Cabin
It was moved to side of Overlook to make room for the new showerhouse. it was partitioned into 3 rooms with two 1/2 baths.

- Central LP Gas system supplies kitchen, showerhouse and Sophia Fahs and Overlook through buried pipe from central tank New water well 4' diameter and 12' deep 100 Amp Electric service extended to Arts and Crafts shop

Oneonta and Schyler Lake needed more head room so we asked Pete Howlett to lower the floors and he made the rooms beautiful. You can see the step down from the Floral Park room. We had raised the ceiling in Floral Park years ago.
