Week 6 - Isometric & Perspective Drawing II

SHINDY LEONG
Comparing last week and today's lecture session, this was a lot more challenging. I tried to use the perspective drawing, but didn't know how to use it correctly since there were A LOT of perspectives in one area. Even though I managed to use the one point perspective for the stairs and two point perspective outside the Hive building.
I feel like I have a good understanding of perspectives but need to practice more on the measurements, the object usually tends to get too wide or thin. Same issue goes with life drawing as well, the body proportions. Using the ruler went great, without the ruler my lines got too wavy which I must practice on.
One point perspective, I used a door in the middle of the image as my vanishing point. Using an object as my vanishing helped me a lot, I will use this trick more often.

Other perspective drawing I did at home and outside.
