3. Monarch's of the Province of Quebec
The English and British Crowns (1763-1791) ~ Sovereigns of the Province of Quebec
The Province of Quebec or Province de Québec was a colony in North America created by Great Britain in 1763 after the Seven Years' War. During the war, Great Britain's forces conquered French Canada. As part of terms of the Treaty of Paris peace settlement on October 7, 1763, France gave up its claim to Canada and negotiated to keep the small but rich sugar island of Guadeloupe instead.
By Great Britain's Royal Proclamation of 1763, Canada (part of New France) was renamed the Province of Quebec. In 1791, the territory north of the Great Lakes was divided into Lower Canada and Upper Canada.

4. Monarch's of the Province of Upper Canada
The English and British Crowns (1791-1841) ~ Sovereigns of the Province of Upper Canada
The Province of Upper Canada was a part of British Canada established in 1791 by the Kingdom of Great Britain, to govern the central third of the lands in British North America, formerly part of the Province of Quebec since 1763. Upper Canada included all of modern-day Southern Ontario and all those areas of Northern Ontario in the Pays d'en Haut which had formed part of New France. The "upper" prefix in the name reflects its geographic position along the Great Lakes, mostly above the headwaters of the Saint Lawrence River, contrasted with Lower Canada (present-day Quebec) to the northeast.
In 1841 the Provinces of Upper Canada and Lower Canada were united to become the Province of Canada.

5. Monarch's of the Province of Canada
The English and British Crowns (1841-1867) ~ Sovereigns of the Province of Canada
The Province of Canada (or the United Province of Canada or the United Canadas) was a British colony in North America from 1841 to 1867. The Act of Union 1840, passed on 23 July 1840 by the British Parliament and proclaimed by the Crown on 10 February 1841, merged the Colonies of Upper Canada and Lower Canada by abolishing their separate parliaments and replacing them with a single one with two houses, a Legislative Council as the upper chamber and the Legislative Assembly as the lower chamber.
The Province of Canada ceased to exist at Canadian Confederation on 1 July 1867, when it was divided into the Canadian provinces of Ontario and Quebec.
