Pro Clean Schedule ("the App") is a professional cleaning business management app developed by Mobilia Apps. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use the App.

The App allows you to store the following data locally on your device:
### Client Information
- Client name, phone number, email address, and physical address
- Notes associated with clients
### Property Information
- Property name, address, type (residential, commercial, Airbnb, etc.)
- Property status (active/inactive)
### Property Access Information
- Access notes, which may include sensitive details such as key codes, lockbox combinations, gate codes, and parking instructions
**Important:** Property access information (key codes, lockbox combinations, etc.) is stored only on your device. We strongly recommend securing your device with a screen lock (PIN, fingerprint, or password) to protect this sensitive data. The developer has no access to this information.
### Cleaning Job Data
- Scheduled dates and times
- Clock in/out timestamps and job duration
- Job type, status, and notes
- Earnings amounts
### Checklist Data
- Checklist templates and individual task items
- Task completion status per job
### Photos
- Before, after, and issue photos of properties, captured via camera or selected from gallery
- Photos are stored in the App's private internal storage on your device and are not uploaded to any server
### Financial Data
- Job earnings and payment amounts
- Earnings reports and statistics (weekly, monthly, yearly, all-time)

## 2. Data Storage
**All data is stored locally on your device** using a local SQLite database (Room) and internal app storage. The App does not upload, sync, or transmit your business data, client information, property details, photos, or earnings to any external server or cloud service.
If you uninstall the App or clear its data, all locally stored information will be permanently deleted.

## 3. Your Responsibility as Data Controller
As a cleaning professional, you are the data controller for any personal information about your clients that you enter into the App (names, phone numbers, email addresses, physical addresses, and property access details). You are responsible for:
- Obtaining appropriate consent from your clients before storing their personal information
- Keeping client data accurate and up to date
- Deleting client data when it is no longer needed or upon client request
- Ensuring your device is secured to protect client information
- Complying with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
The developer of the App acts solely as a data processor by providing the software tool. We do not access, collect, or process your clients' personal data.

## 4. WhatsApp and External Sharing
The App allows you to share job completion reports (including text summaries and photos) via WhatsApp or other messaging apps. This sharing is:
- **User-initiated only** — reports are never shared automatically
- Facilitated through Android's standard share intent and FileProvider
- Subject to the privacy policy of the receiving app (e.g., WhatsApp)

- Permanently deleted when the associated job or property is deleted, or when the App is uninstalled

- **Objection to Processing:** You can manage ad personalization preferences through the consent dialog. You can opt out of analytics by disabling usage data sharing in your device settings
