# FixTicket — Privacy Policy

FixTicket ("the app") is developed by Mobilia Apps. This policy explains what data the
app handles and how.
## Summary
FixTicket is an **offline, on-device** repair-shop ticketing tool. Your business data —
customers, tickets, device details, photos, signatures, parts, payments and invoices —
is stored **only on your device**. We do not operate servers for FixTicket and we do
**not** collect, transmit, sell, or have access to your business data.
## Data stored on your device (not collected by us)
- Customer records (name, phone, address, email you enter)
- Repair tickets: device type/brand/model, serial/IMEI, reported issue, diagnosis,
condition checklist, promised/warranty dates
- **Device unlock passcodes** you optionally record — stored locally and shown masked;
never included in shared invoices/receipts or transmitted anywhere
- Photos you capture or import (stored in the app's private storage)
- Customer signatures (check-in and pickup)
- Parts, payments, and invoice/receipt records
- App settings (theme, language, currency, business profile)
This data never leaves your device except when **you** explicitly share a file (e.g.
share an invoice PDF or CSV export) using your device's share sheet, at which point it
goes only to the app/person you choose.
## Data collected by third-party services
- **Google AdMob (ads):** The free version shows ads. Google's Mobile Ads SDK may
collect device identifiers (including the Advertising ID) and similar data to serve
and measure ads. See Google's policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy and
https://support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543. Purchasing Premium removes ads.
- **Google Play Billing:** Purchases (Premium lifetime / monthly / yearly) are processed
by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details.
We do not use analytics or crash-reporting SDKs that transmit your data.
## Permissions
- **Internet / Network state:** required only to load ads and process purchases.
- **Notifications (optional):** local reminders for ticket follow-ups.
- **Camera (via the system camera app):** only when you choose to take a photo; the app
does not request a standalone camera permission.
## Children
FixTicket is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13.
## Your choices
- Uninstalling the app removes all locally-stored data.
- Buy Premium to disable ads (stops AdMob ad requests).
- Reset your Advertising ID in Android Settings at any time.
