# Privacy Policy for Fit Calc Pro

Mobilia Apps ("we", "us", "our") operates the **Fit Calc Pro** mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, how long it is kept, and how you can delete it.
By using the App you agree to the practices described in this policy.

## 1. Information We Collect
### 1.1 Information You Provide
- **The records you create in the App** — the entries, dates, amounts, notes and other details you type in. This is the core content of the App.
- **Photos** you choose to take or select for your records. The App requests camera or photo access only at the moment you add a photo.
- **Account identifiers** — if you sign in to enable cloud backup, we receive your account email address and a Firebase user ID (UID).
- **Support messages** — if you use the in-app Contact form, we receive your message, your email address, and basic device information (model, Android version, app version).
### 1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- **Crash and diagnostic data** — Firebase Crashlytics collects stack traces, device model, OS version and app version when the App crashes.
- **Usage analytics** — Firebase Analytics collects anonymous, aggregated events such as which screens are opened.
- **Advertising data** — Google AdMob may collect your Advertising ID and coarse device/usage signals to serve ads.
- **Purchase status** — Google Play Billing tells the App whether you own the premium upgrade. We never see or receive your payment card details.

## 2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information to provide the App's features, to store and display the records you create, to respond to your support requests, to show ads in the free version and remove them for premium users, and to diagnose crashes and improve stability.
We do **not** use your data for profiling or automated decision-making, and we do **not** sell it.

## 3. Data Storage and Security
By default, **all of your data stays on your device** in a private app database. If you sign in and enable cloud backup, your records are stored in Google Firebase under your private user ID, readable only by your signed-in account. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Firebase servers are operated by Google and may be located outside your country.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

## 4. Data Sharing
**We do not sell your personal data.** We do not share the records you create with third parties for marketing.
Data is processed only by these service providers, acting on our behalf:

## 5. Data Retention
We keep your information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy.
- **Data stored on your device** — retained until you delete the individual entry, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the App. Uninstalling removes all locally stored data from the device.
- **Cloud backup data (only if you signed in)** — retained for as long as you keep it, so it is available when you reinstall or switch devices. It is erased as soon as you delete it in the App or ask us to delete it (see the Data Deletion section). We do not keep backup copies of deleted cloud data for longer than **30 days**, after which deletion is permanent and irreversible.
- **Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics)** — automatically deleted after **90 days**.
- **Analytics data (Firebase Analytics)** — retained in aggregated, non-identifying form for a maximum of **14 months**, then automatically deleted.
- **Support emails** — if you contact us, your message is retained for up to **24 months** after your enquiry is resolved, then deleted.
- **Purchase records** — retained by Google Play for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law. We do not hold separate copies.

## 6. Data Deletion — How to Delete Your Data
You can delete your data at any time.
**Delete individual entries**
Open any entry in the App and tap Delete. It is removed immediately, from both the device and the cloud.
**Delete everything on this device**
Go to **Settings → Delete All Data**. This permanently erases every record the App has stored on the device. This cannot be undone.
**Delete your account and all cloud data**
Go to **Settings → Delete Account**. This permanently deletes all data stored in the cloud under your account and signs you out. This cannot be undone.
**Uninstall**
Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data from your device.
**Request deletion by email**
If you cannot access the App, or you want written confirmation that your data has been erased, email us at **muhammadilyas15@gmail.com** with the subject line **"Fit Calc Pro – Data Deletion Request"**, including the account email address you used to sign in. We will verify the request, delete all associated data, and confirm by email **within 30 days**. There is no charge for this.

## 7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR in the EEA/UK and CCPA in California), you have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Our legal bases under GDPR are your **consent**, **performance of a contract** (providing the App's features), and our **legitimate interests** (security and crash diagnostics).

## 8. Children's Privacy
