## 1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Drywall Estimator ("the app", "we", "us") handles your

information. Drywall Estimator is an offline drywall takeoff, quoting, and job-management tool

for drywall contractors. **We do not operate any server, we do not maintain user accounts, and

your job data never leaves your device unless you choose to share it.** Please read this policy

before using the app.

## 2. Information We Collect

### 2.1 Information You Provide (stored only on your device)

All of the following is entered by you and stored locally in an on-device database. It is not

transmitted to us or to any third party:

- **Business profile** — your business name, phone/email, license number, and insurance number

(used to brand your quotes and invoices).

- **Customers** — names, phone numbers, email addresses, and addresses you add.

- **Jobs & estimates** — job details, room dimensions, drywall takeoff parameters (sheet type,

waste factor, finish level, hours per sheet), quotes, and estimate status.

- **Materials, invoices, and payments** — line items, prices, amounts, and payment records.

- **Photos** — job photos you capture with your camera or select from your gallery, stored in the

app's private storage.

- **Preferences** — theme and app settings.

### 2.2 Information Collected Automatically

- **Advertising identifier & ad interaction data** — collected by Google AdMob to serve and

measure ads (see Section 4). This may include your device's advertising ID and approximate

(coarse, network-based) location.

- **Purchase status** — Google Play Billing reports whether the one-time premium unlock has been

purchased. We do not receive your payment card details.

We do **not** collect analytics, we do **not** use Firebase, and we do **not** track your behavior

across other apps.

## 3. How We Use Information

- To calculate drywall takeoffs and generate quotes, invoices, and reports on your device.

- To brand your PDF quotes and invoices with your business details, license, and insurance number.

- To display advertising to non-premium users and to determine whether ads should be shown.

- To process and restore your one-time premium purchase.

- To send local reminders about your jobs (on-device notifications only).

Your customer and job data is used solely to provide the app's features. It is never sold, and we

never see it.

## 4. Third-Party Services

The app includes the following Google SDKs. Their handling of data is governed by their own

privacy policies:

Under the EU/EEA/UK, the app presents a Google UMP consent form to obtain your choices for

personalized advertising before ads are personalized.

The app does **not** use Firebase, Google Sign-In, cloud storage, or any analytics SDK.

## 5. Permissions

The app does **not** request the camera permission at the system level — photo capture is handled

by your device's own camera app. The app does **not** request precise (GPS) location.

## 6. Data Storage & Security

- All job, customer, financial, and photo data is stored **locally** on your device (an on-device

Room database and the app's private file storage).

- We do **not** upload, back up, or sync your data to any cloud server operated by us.

- Because data is stored on your device, it is protected by your device's own security (lock

screen, encryption). If you share a quote or export a CSV file, that file is handled by the app

or service you choose to share it with.

- Uninstalling the app removes its locally stored data.

## 7. Data Sharing

- We do **not** sell, rent, or share your personal or business data with anyone.

- Data leaves your device only when **you** choose to share it — for example, sending a PDF quote

via WhatsApp or email, or exporting a CSV file — using your device's standard share sheet.

- The third-party advertising and billing SDKs listed in Section 4 receive only the limited data

described there.

## 8. Children's Privacy

Drywall Estimator is a professional tool intended for adults and is not directed at children under

13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

## 9. Your Rights & Choices

- **Access & deletion:** All your data lives on your device. You can edit or delete customers,

jobs, invoices, and photos within the app, or remove everything by uninstalling the app.

- **Advertising:** You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your

device settings, and adjust consent via the app's consent options where applicable.

- **Remove ads:** Purchasing the one-time premium unlock removes ads.

- Depending on your region (e.g., GDPR/EEA, CCPA/California), you may have additional rights

regarding personal data. Since we do not hold your data on any server, most such requests are

satisfied directly on your device; for questions, contact us.

## 10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating

the "Effective Date" above and posting the revised policy at the hosted URL.
