D3
Explain how the solution could be improved
Your pages should communicate how you are continuing to inquire into the design problem.
In this section, you should explain how the product can be improved. Your suggestions for improvement should be based on your testing and data analysis (from D1 and D, and can also include your own observations.
It is not enough to just list the areas for improvement--explain how your design might be improved. Use sketches, CAD designs, models, and annotations to show how you might make improvements to the design.
Examples could include:
Revised CAD (Fusion 360) drawings showing what the improvement would look like
Detailed sketches of possible changes and improvements
Quotations and suggestions from users that accompany new drawings of the design problem
Annotations that describe the improvement.
Analysis of different materials or processes that could be used to produce the design so that it better meets the specifications.
