Shasan vs Anushasan
Shasan is from others imposed
Anushasan is rule you from within (make yourself)
Purpose of discipline is to attain Joy in future
Why yoga is called Anushasan?
When something is not charming to being with, discipline comes in picture
When you know that something will give good fruit, then you will like discipline
Yoga is like that
When there is matter of enjoyment, no discipline comes
On being thirsty, you don't drink because of discipline
On being hungry, you don't eat because of discipline
Happiness type
Satvik - Happiness comes after certain discipline
Rashsik - Beginning is very happy moment, but ends with misery
Tamsik -> Lack of discipline. No happiness, but appears as happy.

Anything which is printed is the proof
Many people follows and so, it must be true
If many people are accepting, then it must be right
It is not possible to fool thousands of people. If they are fooled and then so, I am also fine to be fooled
Senses can fool
You may be in Austria and feel that it is Switzerland
Proof is connected with logic and logic has very little preview
Love can't be proved and so is the spirituality
Actors make lots of romance and love, but in reality nothing
One can act love without feeling and living with it
Shear is beyond proof
Mind goes to one of them

You may have inferity complex and then you will see that others are not respecting him

Session-2 (Honouring the body)
Now is not just a point, its infinity in all dimensions
Practice is stability in that moment
It takes long time and (without any gap) practice to be in the now (present moment)
Anything in life which has some value takes time to learn. It doesn't happen overnight

Need time
Need gratitude, respect, honour
Mind needs more time (verify how it is true, timing in video: 10 minutes +-few seconds) compared to body
Honour is total attentiveness to be in present moment
Respect and honour every moment consciously is practice
Respecting body is the asanas
Respecting breathing is the pranayama
For learning, you need to honour coach. If you keep on judging coach, then what is purpose of him being here?
Honur and respect brings consensus and attention
If you don't honour, then master will not be loser, you will be loser
However is the present moment, but it is very precious.
Obstacles in mind making in present moment
Mind moves towards the desire escaping present moment
Crave for happiness invites misery.
Liberation
When you don't care for happiness, then you are in liberation.
Before earth eats you, become free from craving, pleasure.
Vairagya(dis-passion) is about stopping crave for happiness.
Meditation
Dis-passion is basic requirement for meditation
Mind is obsessed with desire and so it can't meditate
It(Vairagya) is about stopping craving for being happy
Expectation in meditation is obstruction
Problem with desire
All senses of body have limited happiness, but mind wants unlimited happiness
A camel can go through needle, but not the rich man
Yoga brings skill to live, love
Misconception about enlightenment. They are not called renounced

Session-3 (Samadhi)
Dispassion
Puts you 100% in the current moment
It can give all pleasure of life
It will not remove any pleasure
Renunciation
somebody tells that he renounced world in dispassion, but it is not dispassion
Alexander story
Indian pujari was dispassionate and Alexander couldn't hold power of this pujari
Indian gave him golden bread telling that you should eat this or else you would not have come so far as normal roti is available in your country as well
Dispassion is strength
Dispassionate person doesn't care of anything
It is not arrogance, it is centerdness
Let the mind have special logic
Kutarka -> Person knows it is wrong, but then still wants to prove it is right. So, intention is not right
Vitarka?? -> A logic which can't be reverted.
Samadhi in escasty is called

Conscious sleep is Samadhi

5 signs of disturbed mind
Sadness
Restlessness
Irregular breathing
Ignore someone doing bad things and don't blame someone who is doing good
Being with happy people makes friendship
With unhappy people, you can keep compassion but can't be friend
You can be happy with happy people, if you are not jealous
Life and light candle are similar
Both uses matter and oxygen to produce activity
Whatever thought you put in mind, mind becomes like that only
We don't know many things about life
We sleep everyday, but you don't know what is sleep
In sleep, you let go any identity, you can't carry any one in your beloved one. If not, you will not be able to sleep
This is the same thing for meditation
Knowledge of sleep makes you in Samadhi
Enlightment person thinks reality itself as dream

Your senses are shaking every day, Once in a while nature shakes
Meditation precondition
Nature is in harmony
Your senses are in harmony. When senses are steady, your soul will also be steady.
Senses when feel that more pleasure will come from objects, then they shake. And then it becomes tired and become unable to experience joy.
Child eye is steady
When senses are steady, then you are in Samadhi
You are looking at sunset and still you are in samadhi
Tell GOD "Please don't give temptation, I will find my own temptation"
People doesn't see things, as they are
They are judging. If want to judge, then always judge a fresh
Quick sleep and quick meditation and quick remembering is not possible
Goal is at every moment, although path can be long

Tapas brings ego
Immediately after doing Tapas, perform Swadhyay
This makes you avoiding ego
Weeds grows, but useful plant needs plantation
You need to put effort to have good things come you. Whatever comes just like that are weeds nature
5 Root cause of suffering (misery in life)
Ignorance - Think what is not permanent as permanent, what is not joy as joy
Body changes everything in a year, it is like as river
Ashmita - Thinking with intellect only and not seeing that there is something beyond this.
Raga - Craving comes with pleasant experience
Expectation of unconditional love from others
hatredness -> about hating something
Fear
Meditation makes 5 sources of misery as thin as possible
So, it helps to remove misery over time
It brings carefulness, alert
Karma tank/bank
Karma can be washed out
Before dying, person escapes his karma
When a person dies, whatever he thinks come as body in next birth
You can try by thinking about something before sleeping and then you see what happens during sleep and wake-up. Try for few months
If you are bored with yourself then how much you will be boring for others?
For each birth
Birth type is decided
Age in terms of number of breath is decided
Amount of happiness is decided
Session-9 (Eliminate the cause of pain)
When you do some action, it happens and it is not you.
Every pleasure comes with suffering
Suffering/pain reason
When pleasure is there, fear of loosing is painful. When it is over, Memory of past pleasure is painful
In next life, female become male and male becomes female
Love has two expressions
I want to disappear and become one to you
I want to eat you so that you become one to me
While enjoying world, don't forget about yourself
World is here for your enjoyment
World will only provide you relieve
Bus doesn't stop when your journey ends
Entire creation is of 5 elements
Same thing which gives suffering should also give relieve
