Introduction
Everyone hears word wise. But who is wise? As example, when we see any person making right decision at right time, we bound to feel that he is wise. Also, if someone predict something and it happens, we feel him wise person.
It is Apple CEO Steve Jobs or great scientist Albert Einstein, we all agree that they are wise. What is common in them? Both were visionaries. Steve Jobs visions business whereas Einstein visions the scientific phenomenon.
So, we should do something to induce this visionary capability to our kids.
Along with being visionary, ability to execute to move towards this vision is as much important as being visionary. To understand this, remember that without execution, vision is dream and execution makes dream come true. So, now what do you think a wise person should do? You must now be agreed that vision and execution both are of same importance
Visionary word is derived from Vision and Vision is outcome of observation. So, definitely helping kids to observe more and more things will help him to be visionary.
Now what about execution? Lets think about relation between execution and decision making capability. Decision to execute starts execution. During execution as well, lots of decisions are made and changed. If I go a bit more technically, then execution can be defined as sequence of decisions made before and during execution.
Moreover, making right decision is not important. Rather making decision is important. Right decision is combination of experience and courage to decide.
Most importantly, kids brain are most suitable period for start doing this. Starting at older age is fine, but we will miss the golden period where wisdom can be induced at very high pace.
For getting feeling of above idea, you can closely understand Indian Gurukul system and Montessori education system.
Games, plays and educational toys helps to observe new thing in the playful manner. Same is the case with household work.
A balancing toy helps to train for concentration, patience. Similar is the case for fine arts.

Listening stories helps to train for listening, summaries, inferring, visualization, observation.Creating stories is much more powerful.
Comparing things to find similarities and differences helps to train for unbiased analysis, observation.
Learning multiple languages help to train for observation, recalling, concentration/alertness.
