  • Full body changes every year and again repeated. There is something which never changes

  • Much can be done in silence

  • Most people asks question for approval, not for authenticity. They are not confident themselves and so they want same answer comes out from other person.

  • When a word touches your heart, there is a unshakable dance in the heart

  • Men mind comforts in past and look for future. This is old habit of mind

  • There can't be love without respect. A respect without love is something bad

  • It is fine if you are thinking as foolish. Sadhana, Satvik and timely food will change your this character.

  • Our prakarti changes with three things - Food, atmosphere(What is around you) and association (On what you are putting attention)

  • Our life is infertile exercise to express the inexpressible. There are many things which can be felt and experienced rather than expressing.

  • Entire universe is made up of GOD. It just needs skill to look at this. Like bubble can't be separated from water and waves can't be separated from ocean.

    • Our mood is like bubble.

    • No single mood can last for more than two and a quarter days.

    • Pleasant moments come and go. But we keep on chewing unpleasant moment

  • Name has form, but form doesn't have name. For example, flower name as form of flower, but flower form has no name

  • Your own body is a place of violence. Our body immune system kills germs every moment.

  • If GOD is omnipresent, then why Saturn is told as fighting with GOD?

    • Like anywhere you chew in sugarcane, you will get sugar juice.

    • Like anywhere you taste ocean water, it will be salty

    • GOD is present everywhere

    • Everyone good or bad action is due to his/her love in doing this.

    • You can see GOD everywhere when you broaden your perspective and see others good/bad action is due to his/her love in doing that.

  • Event Vs Existence

    • Event brings small joy or pain, but existence bring satisfaction(verify it)?

    • Event is continuously changing like water flow in river. But existence remain same always.

  • When meditation is simply closing mind and is so simple, then why not all people are able to meditate?

    • Its because not everyone knows how to make mind quite

  • Love is not emotion, it is something basic to life

  • Jesus tells that your faith has healed you. I didn't do anything.

  • Life is very short.

  • Don't be sorry for someone pain, instead love to him/her [Feel like single person]

  • Body and you

    • We never drop the body, body drops us

    • Body dropping us is death and we dropping the body is called meditation (Samadhi)

  • Every one is same in the innermost goal

  • Entire universe is hollow and empty.

    • Every person is hollow and empty like I am. I am nobody, same as all others. Like all ballons can have different colours, but they have same air inside.

  • No one mind is unpredictable and all minds are predictable in the sense that I predicted, all minds are unpredictable.

    • But we can't see it since our eyes are covered in one direction. Like the horse eyes are covered in one direction.

  • I love myself and nothing else. Love means un-conflicting rejoice

    • I love my body since its mine

    • I love my family since its mine

    • I love my kingdom since its mine

  • Should I think someone as mine if he has enmity towards me?

• I am nobody

  • People tells that I am nothing but your dust. If you are nothing then why you want to be dust?

  • All universe will change over time, but I am always hollow and empty and I am same (Verify it)

• Never see guru as personality, see them beyond personality

  • Don't hang-on their outer

  • See guru's hollow empty

• Everyone wants to be Guru, no one wants to be devotee.

• GOD and myself are not different, they are same.

• You didn't surrender to infinity. You want to do, but you don't have skill to do this

  • Source of conflict

    • You want others to be like you.

    • You want others to do what you see is good and also for his benefit only

  • When mind dies, love dawns and so love is painful

    • Mind wants to saw its existence

    • Love is so strong, that mind can't hold and so it bring so much pain to mind. In order to ease the pain and so it rebels and this rebel is fight.

    • When so much love, still lover fights. This is the mechanism.

    • People love object since object totally Surender and so doesn't rebel. Due to this, loving object is safe. For example, your bike, car etc.

    • Human being is not like that and GOD is much more difficult to handle.

    • Duality is the cause of problem. Duality(having multiple thing) can be broken if you think everything in world is me.

    • Knowledge is one level above mind(verify it??)

  • Mind makes you possessive and me makes you arrogant.

    • Whole world revolves in just two things - Mine(possessiveness) and me (self)

    • [Sandeep Karode] Mine should be expending to whole world (Vasudheva Kutumbakam). Also make the me flexible so that storm can also not break it.

  • Ignorance/Darkness is also useful sometime (Ref: Gurudev story about a forest trek in night)

    • How Gurudev ensured that their team didn't fall down 1000 feet in night when the road was so much frightening that team refused to come back when they saw it in the morning?? -> It was perceived fear.

    • [Sandeep Karode] For not matured mind, ignorance saves. But it is better to mature mind and take the fear out

  • Mind is peculiar

    • It desires to get something. When it achieves, then mind drops it and mind is not in it

    • If it doesn't achieve, then it gets in frustration.

    • Mind keeps itself in illusion. It wants something which is not possible. Once it is possible, it goes away from it. Its mind's nature.

    • So, it will go for frustration

      • Fulfilled frustration

      • Unfulfilled frustration

    • [Sandeep Korde] Mind is slave of ego. Ego needs two for its satisfaction. So, it needs duality.

      • Ego controls mind to achieve its duality and so mind moves away when it gets the thing

  • Mind emptiness is not dull. Its emptiness with liveliness

    • From emptiness arises the liveliness

  • Your body is made by your mind

    • It is not the situation. Your mind thinks a situation as heaven or hell and it goes into that direction

    • What is heaven for someone can be hell for other

    • Some religion tells that in hell, person will get too much spicy food when his hand and leg are tied. But for those who likes spicy food will be heaven.

• Your crying, yelling all are in mind, its not your true nature

  • • What if someone piece my stomach using his sword, how to related it with this quote? Its rule of body and so you should cry and scream

    • [Sandeep Karode]Rule of mind is different than rule of body

      • In the body, what you resist will strengthen you

      • In the mind, what you resist will come back again and again and so it will weaken you

• Janak told that I see crowd of people just like forest

  • In crowd of people, I don't find anyone

  • People don't want to be with people and also can't be alone.

  • [Sandeep jee]Broadening the perspective helps to get wider view, but it also looses the detail. For example, if you see grass from 20 ft above, you will see the carpet of green colours, but you will loose seeing the grass strands.

    • Broadening the perspective is needed. At the same time, keenness to learn detail is also needed.

  • The only basic universal problem is that Mind is in whirlpool of storm, nothing is entering. Purpose of Sadhana and ashram is to solve this.

    • Mind is burning like Kuwait oil fire.

    • More you try to cool down, more the restlessness

    • Stop regret that it should not have happen. It is nature that waves come and turmoil is created.

    • Storm comes and subside and then another storm comes.

    • Ashram is the one who cares you. It is the place where storm can cool down.

  • See the broader perspective of world

  • With the knowledge, you will get life jacket for your stormy mind

  • Die when you are still alive (means?)

  • Life and world are full of opposites

    • For example, Fire and water is opposite in nature

    • Water goes down as per its nature (how to justify it with the place where no gravitational force?)

  • You are the centre of universe

    • You are craving for perfection, but you become imperfect

    • You are craving for peace, but you become restless
