原產地：熱帶或亞熱帶。世界各地，池塘、湖泊內常見。

分布：台灣全境，平野至低海拔山區之水田、池塘沼澤或靜水溝渠中，普遍之淡水生浮水性植物。

Origin: tropical or subtropical. It is common in ponds and lakes all over the world.

Distribution: Common freshwater floating plants in paddy fields, ponds, swamps, or still water ditches in the entire territory of Taiwan from Pingye to low-altitude mountain areas.
