Christmas Fair 29 Nov 3:30-6pm

Here's everything you need to know about Friday's Christmas fair! We've got a superb line up of food, gifts and games, and Father Christmas!

Please bring plenty of cash along with you.

BAKERS! Don't forget to drop off cakes at the first school office on the day - no nuts, label your box if you want it back and tell us if it's gluten free etc.

You can bring your raffle tickets on the night, and buy more at the fair, for a chance to win £100 cash - full details below. SEE YOU THERE!

ps remember smile.amazon.co.uk and thegivingmachine.co.uk to donate to us when you shop over Black Friday and Christmas.

Volunteers are like gold dust...

We rely on volunteers to make the fair run smoothly. We don't have quite enough. If you see a stall is slow moving and can jump on to help please do.

Plan your night

There are loads of Christmas activities, crafts, gifts and games to play. These maps show you where you will find everything.

Take home your goodies in an M20 tote! £3

DELICIOUS FOOD!

We will be serving:

  1. Chicken Biryani (halal) - home made to a traditional family recipe £4
  2. Koshari, a traditional dish from Egypt made with rice, lentils, chick peas, tomato, spices, onions. It's also vegan! £3
  3. Vegetable and meat samosas, sausage rolls, cheese and onion rolls, mince pies - all £1 each
  4. Mulled wine £2. Soft drinks, tea and coffee £1

PLEASE HELP US AVOID ACCIDENTS AND KEEP THE SCHOOL CLEAN BY STAYING IN THE CANTEEN WITH HOT FOOD AND DRINK.

Keeping you safe

The high number of people means we have to put in measures that keep people moving and manage fire risks. So we will have two doors open for entry at the start of the fair: the main entrance by the office, the year one drop off door to the left (as you face the office). Pick up will happen as usual so all children are out of the building / at Afterschool club. The doors will then close and reopen at 3.30.

The first school door will then close when most people have arrived. Exit from the fair will be on to Beaver Road.

Unfortunately buggies will not be allowed in. Please use our buggy park by the year 1 entrance. Remember slings and waterproof covers and take all valuables.

We're recycling and reusing!

Please help us clear up after the fair quickly and leave the school in a state you would want your child and the teaching team to find it on Monday morning.

  1. Return used glasses to the bar so we can wash them up
  2. Use plastic bags tied to stall table legs for general waste
  3. Use our recycling point for clean paper, empty cans and bottles
  4. Use the seating provided to enjoy the hot food and drink in the canteen, and clear away rubbish
