We are constantly warning our students to limit their screen time and then doing the exact thing we're trying to teach our kids not to do. Resilience is strengthened by showing ourselves the same kindness and compassion that we so willingly show others. This month, we want you to make it a priority to take intentional steps back from technology in order to be more present in the moment and make healthier decisions.
