Focus 5 EL Strategies
If you attended Academy Week or our most recent Marigold Mixer, you've already had a chance to see this document and view several of the strategies in action! Make sure to have a copy of this document ready when planning lessons. These research-based strategies are designed to support all learners, but are ESSENTIAL for your English Language Learners.
This document is just one of the many teacher resources that the ELSD has available for your use.
To access these, you will need to log into the Staff Room and then:
Click the Academics tab at the top and select English Learner Services. On the menu on the right-side of the page, click Educator Resources and then Professional Development.
