A Dive Into Flow

In each chapter of Onward, Elena takes us on a dive into an emotion. This month, she takes us on an exploration of Flow. As defined in Chapter 10 of Onward, flow is a mental state in which you are in “the zone,” sharply focused and absorbed by an activity you enjoy. You lose track of time, space, and even your own physical needs.
