Need to have a minimum level of Spanish
May be taught in English for the first few years but practical components are done in Spanish and the second and third years are often taught in Spanish or partially in Spanish.
BMAT is the commonly accepted exams
Some programs you can work around exams (not all) as an example University of Navara - 37 IB with 6 minimum in HL Bio and Chem or the BMAT. (No physics required)
EU degree-- residency can happen anywhere if you meet the requirements of each country, but degree is recognised all over the world.
Experiences and learning outside of the classroom may be helpful for the interview part of the process.
Medical fields 12-15% who applied are given acceptance. In Doctor specifically it is about 10%.-- SO VERY COMPETITIVE !!!
